eDreams booking reference number: 8769859983 eDreams said they processed the refund of submitted it on February 11,2022. It’s been around six months that my money has not been refunded back to me. Every single time I contact them they say that it’s in process and blame it on the airline. I called British airways to get an update and they told me that they have nothing to do with it. It’s the third party provider who is responsible for the refund. I get the same response every single time I contact them: Airlines are currently taking up to 3 months or more to respond despite the fact that, under EU Regulation EC2612004, airlines are bound to refund within 7 days. The last time I spoke to an eDreams agent on July 14th he gave me a reference number: 8129430 and said customer service will get back to you, the very next day I got an automated email stating we’re not responsible for it and you just have to wait for the airline.
