eDreams — Prime surcharge after multiple attempts of cancelation

On the 21st March I booked a flight for a friend of mine through her account but my credit card information. We used prime to get a discount knowing that we had 14 days to cancel it. Throughout these 14 days I tried several times to cancel it via all possible options. I wrote emails, wrote on the chatbox, tried to cancel through the account settings and called several times to different payable numbers!!!! Never have I gotten any reply or even managed to reach a human. Now I see that over 50eur were charged on my credit card and I can’t afford this!!!!
