Just wondered if you could help me ?
I recently booked a Flight Hotel deal with Edreams from Cyprus to Greece.
They took my 782 euros said the booking was being processed, next day said the airline could not the flights so have to change airline which begrudging did even though travel time was doubled and I have a 1 yr old baby (not ideal) then they cancelled the alternative the next day saying the same,at this point i had enough and requested a refund,
They agreed and 2 wks later sent 400 euros back obviously I am still owed 382 euros which i have been asking for everyday but I am getting nowhere.
Is there any help you can give me ?
