eDreams — Flight cancelled no refund after 5 months

My flight with EasyJet from London to Lisbon was cancelled on December 12th due to bad weather. I asked for a refund and eDreams told me it would take about a month for the airline to return the money. It’s been five months and eDreams (their computer help) keep telling me Easy jet still hasn’t refunded them, so they won’t refund me. I have nothing to do with that. I paid for a flight that didn’t happen. I want my money back. Refund my money
