eDreams — Failure to refund

I requested the cancelation (eDreams ref: 9261648198) of flights (Qatar T2CWJ2) on 16 May 2022, eDreams advised me you received the refund from the airline (Qatar Airlines) on the 09 June (29 days ago) and I have still not received this refund. Then eDreams told me there was an error and they had not received the refund form Qatar, I have contacted Qatar Airlines and they have advised they have refunded my money to eDreams. Last time I contacted eDreams they told me the Airline refunds direct to me which is not true. Every time I contact eDreams I get a different answer, which is unacceptable and fraudulent.
