eDreams — Card charged while purchase labeled unsuccessful

I tried buying a ticket on the eDreams app. After charging me for the trip, selecting seats and paying for their “prime” feature for discount, they said my purchase was unsuccessful and there is nowhere I can complain to receive back my money. Either give me my money back or give me a boarding pass.
