I booked my flight ticcket from Johannesburg to France in December 2021 I canceled way before my flight, and i took our insurance to get 80% of my ticket back. I had to cancel my ticket because my my country going into another lockdown. I’ve been corrisponding with edreams for MONTHS since the cancellation and havent getten my refund yet. I paid over 900Euro for my ticket and only got 90Euro back. When I asked why it was implied that they are waiting for money to pay people back. Every person I talk to always gives me the same response. wait 72 hours and someone will get back to you, nothing has happened since.
