The first problem are the room most of room have the air broke or doesnt work, second, the desk are unattended im wait like a 1 hour to get attended and drain of the bath are clogged. They just change my room but someone who clean the rooms tell me that they receive too many reports of the bath drain clogged and thats a problem of days
