On 5/11/2020 I contracted Easy auto ship to transport my car from California to Massachusetts.However they contacted me on 5/12/2020 that the car will be shipped in an hour! 3 days later they called and told Me that the driver assigned couldn’t pick the car so they will be assigning another driver so I said ok. Since then I have been calling them continuously trying to find out when my shipment is coming and they have been telling me stories. It’s been 13 days the car has been sitting in the auction yard costing me ** dollars everyday and I have been telling them they need to move this car because it’s accruing charges but every effort of mine has proven futile and all they tell me is we will do our best to assign a driver so I had no option than to abrogate the contract today 5/25/2020 because as at now the the accrued charges on the car now is about *** dollars which I have to pay because they didn’t fulfill their part of the contract.
