The repair technician was rude and insulted me and the door I had purchased. Less the 24 hours of him being here the door opener no longer worked (The opener is only three years old). When we called them back out to repair the problem, the technician started making excuses why it was broken before he made it to the garage. He then tried to sell me on another repair that I didn’t feel was necessary. At this point, he had adjusted the opener and it was working fine. I told him no thanks for the additional repairs and went inside. He stayed in my garage for an additional 15mins before he left. When I went back into the garage to check the door, it no longer worked. I called the office and spoke to the owner’s wife and she started laughing. She said that the technician tried to educate me on why it didn’t work and what needed to be done to repair it. The garage door has been installed and working for 3 plus weeks, the track was making some notice that I didn’t like and I wanted it to be adjusted by a professional. Long story short, my garage door does not work anymore and Duppy Doors is responsible for that. They will not stand behind their work and were very rude about it.
