Dunkin Donuts — Wrong donuts all 3 times we have been there!

Ashley, the manager at the Austin Bluffs location in Colorado Springs was from the second she answered the phone was obnoxiously rude! I had called to complain when, for the 3rd time, we were given the wrong donuts! They rudely asked what was wrong when my husband tried to give them back and get his money back was told they were very busy and didn’t have any of the donuts my husband ordered! So they knowingly were going to send my husband away not giving him what he ordered! Just because you run out of certain donuts you don’t just give something totally different! When I called to speak with a manager the woman who answered (Ashley) said she was the manager, she was very unapologetic and sarcastically told me to “have a wonderful day!” I will never be back to this Dunkin Donuts! By not knowingly giving a customer the wrong item just because you ran out of an item! Don’t just assume they’ll be okay with that! And treat your customers with respect! Don’t make somebody a manager that has NO customer service skills!
