I changed my phone number a few weeks ago and they did in fact change it, but needed my ID. I sent an ID a month before that it was my License to carry a firearm. This time they said cannot accept a license to carry Permit that was issued at the court house in PA at sheriffs office. Since it was accepted before but now not accepted. Said I needed a government issued ID which this is one, but They said government issued ID is a DL or passport. Ok then now yesterday I found my drivers license but realized it expired, so immediately paid the 36. 50 to renew. And send the printed document I received online from the DMV. Now they said this is not a valid drivers license. I’m tired of going through this with them. I been playing for several years and this company gives me the most trouble. I was even told to send bank statement and am restricted. This is so unfair I send a ID from courthouse sheriff dept and isn’t good. When they take my restriction off my account it’s wrong I sent over ID and renewed DL
