I had a parlay that included Arsenal 5 shots on target. All official sites have Arsenal with 5 shots on target. Draftkings initial customer response was that the result was 5 shots on target, but a 5 bet needed to have 6 to hit, which isn’t the case. They eventually came back and said that I was right that a 5 bet only needed 5 to hit, but that Arsenal only had 4 shots on target based on their stat provider. They would not divulge their stat provider. If the premier league website has arsenal listed at 5 shots on target. There should be no question…They should pay out the parlay and stop making excuses. It’s terrible customer service to say I needed 6 shots on goal, but they only had 5… then to change course an say I actually needed 5, but arsenal only had 4…
