ordered pizza to deliver for my grandson’s birthday. lt was to be delivered to Turner’s Fall Ma. The driver called me and said the person was there so I asked what address was the heat. He was at an address in Greenfield, Ma, and said he had 3 more stops before he could be in Turner’s Fall. I was told pizza would be cold and I would like to reorder. He asked me to call the store. I did and explained the situation the person on the phone said I would need to speak to his manager. I did and again explained. She said there was nothing she could do. I asked for her name and she said she could not give that. I asked for her Managers name and she would not give that out and canceled my order. I called back again hoping to get her boss and she said if I called again she would file harassment charges. I have never been treated so rudely. I order from this establishment at least 3 times a month and have never had a problem. This is unacceptable customer service and beyond professionalism. The manager was female, would not give name, was working 10062021 around 7-8 ir 9 PM. She needs to be rep remanded and take some anger management classes. The way she acted on the phone was beyond bizarre. Not good publicity for Dominos.
