Dominos Pizza — Refused to refund when no delivery was made!

Saturdays are my family night, for years we have ordered pizza when we lived in Las Vegas, NV. Since we moved to Montgomery, TX we have continued the practice. However, this past Saturday, 10092021, after placing our normal order, I noticed the tracker stayed on Quality Check” for an hour and a half. When I tried to call and get an update, I was on hold for one hour and twenty minutes before anyone answered the phone. Our movie night was ruined so I canceled the order, but I was charged anyway. So on Monday, 10112021, at approximately 6:38 PM, I went to the store for a refund. The manager, needless to say, ignored me like I wasn’t there, her attitude was condescending, belittling, bigoted, and downright rude! The manager kept me standing there for 20 minutes and then sent out an employee to tell me to call the Main Office (979) 695-9912 and they may be able to help. I am 67 years old, I’m a Disabled Veteran, I have run and owned a string of 5 BBQ restaurants in Las Vegas. I thought I’d met the worst kind of evil person possible, but not even on the battlefield have I been treated with such vitriol and disdain by enemies. This kind of disrespect was and is totally unexpected in this great nation. Before I left I asked the employee for the manager’s name and he was reluctant to give at first, but in the end, he said her name was Lauren. Fire the manager! or whoever she was or is and immediately refund my money!
