Being a regular customer of Domino’s in Karachi – PakistanI had called the Domino’s Helpline at 7:31 pm on 08 November 2021 to order a pizza, when I inquired about any promotional deals at the moment, upon which I was informed about one, which I opted to order and ordered for the delivery accordingly. At 8:36 pm I called the helpline again to inquire about my order status upon which I was informed that my order has been cancelled by the branch, as the promotional deal had finished. I had to wait for more than an hour to find out that the food I had ordered was cancelled. Domino’s Helpline nor the Domino’s Branch had the decency to call me to inform me that my order had been cancelled and wasted my time also the guests I had ordered the Pizza for had to go without having anything to eat.
1.) If the order had been placed at the Call Center, then Dominos should honour that order as i had called Dominos Helpline itself not some third party.
2.)The staff should be kept upto date with all the promotions going on at that time.
