I know it was a bit rude to order late, but I work and it was the only time I could, I placed my order by 11:56 and the tracking went almost immediately to delivery and when I checked my bank statement, the payment had been declined through the store. I was willing to tip nicely because of the inconvenience but my pizza was never delivered. I’m not particularly looking for anything, but it’s bad business to refuse to take orders before closing. Dissapointing
Sorry, but coming from a previous Domino’s employee, the last 10-15 minutes of the shift is used to close down and clean up. Placing an order 4 minutes to close? They wouldn’t even have the ovens on or ingredients out. They cancelled it because they weren’t able to do it. Next time try calling or placing the order ahead of time. You can do “future order” online. That way not only are they able to do it for you, but if you pay by card you can have it set up to be ready and delivered when you get home.
