I worked at this dominos as a CSR for about half a year and as my first job experience this makes me never want to work in a pizza place especially dominos again. I never received any of my given tips because the owner Jarred Fishcler pocketed all of them. Also in the time of me working there many child labor laws were broken. The owner Jarred and the manager Morgan Winters also have a private relationship that sometimes got in the way of work, like if they got in an argument and she felt as if was ok to leave early because she was upset. The manager (morgan) almost never finished anything she was supposed to do and relied on CSRs to finish what she couldn’t. This would’ve been fine if it happened every once in a while but it happened almost every time she opened. I would also like to mention the 2 employees they lost because of a racist and homophobic driver Micheal Allred, his actions and words such as calling an insider a mutt because the insider was mixed made many of us uncomfortable. This issue was expressed with Morgan and she also heard about the many things he has donesaid and yet he still works there with no repercussions. The way the owner allows things to run is saddening and disgusting. fix everything.
