I received a call at 5:50 PM indicating my order was out for delivery. The order was delivered at 6:27 PM; some 37 minutes later. The pizza was cold. Additionally; tracking indicated that quality checking began at 5:32 PM. It took 18 minutes to check the pizza and get it ready for delivery. Fifty-five minutes from the time the pizza was removed from the oven until it was delivered, cold! Refund price of pizza
