I have order pizza 2 times, the first time they didn’t meet the 2 minute guarantee, the timer showed it was over 2 minutes never received an Email for the free pizza. I overlooked it thinking maybe it take 24 hours to appear and it never did. The 2nd time the timer stopped for the 2minute guarantee 3 minutes before the time it shows that I would get the free pizza and it was 7 minutes after the timer stopped when I received my order. My complaint is do not advertise something you are not going to honor. I stopped going to the Dominos because of poor customer service and decided to try them again recently and still found myself disappointed because of this 2 minute guarantee. The store is the only one in my area because it’s a small area and it’s bad when I go to another pizza company because this store doesn’t care about the customers and I have seen them treat people rudely. I am a Manager in a customer service environment and my employee would never get away with the store this location gets away with and seems as if no one cares. I didn’t go directly to the store to complain because of fear that it would be a situation that would result in an argument and I would still have to write this complaint. The Management knows that they are not doing what they are supposed to but I am sure no one is checking Management probably they make good money at the location and numbers look better to companies than satisfying the customers so the issues get sweep under the rug. All I want is my 2 free pizza that I deserve because they didn’t get me my pizza out curbside before the 2 minute guarantee and for someone to train these people at the location that excellent customer is what keeps a company on top not just the sales because I assure you there have been a lot of complaints about this location that never get seen or noticed because it stops at the location and never gets to corporate just like I don’t have confidence that my complaint will be handled but I am submitting it anyway. I don’t have a photo of the 1st incident because I didn’t expect for them to not honor the free pizza. I included the 2nd photo.
