my name is Jackie, and I am letting you know because of my experience, you have lost a customer. On Sunday August 28th I purchased 2 12pk of Mountain Dew, the shelf price was $5.95. I was charged $6.50 each. I went back today Tuesday August 30 2022 to show them and I was advised they missed the price increase on shelving, and would go change them. However I was not given the price difference, even thou there is a notice stating, that if something is scanned higher than posted or advertised price we supposed to get the difference. Normally I know things happen like mistakes, but the management staff isn’t overly friendly and makes the experience not as good. they should have given the price difference, and seem more sincere about the mistake.
