Dollar General — No heat in the building

It is currently 27° outside all the employees are working inside without heat. As a customer I have the option to turn around and walk back out but as an employee they are required to stay there for a 8-hour shift so that they can provide for their families and pay their bills. Working in cold conditions according to OSHA it has to be 68° minimum inside the building. It’s pretty bad when it is cold enough for your milk to freeze when you take it out of the cooler. This is now a three day long process that has not been taken care of. They should repair the heat in the store so that customers can come in and Shop in safe conditions. They should also be concerned about the safety of their employees. If they cannot get the stores heat fixed and they should pay their employees to stay home or work at a different location giving that employee a fuel allowance to drive to and from somewhere further away then the store they work at.
