Discrimination

I was employed with Uber as a Uber eats driver. I was terminated due to a court case because of a self-check-out scanning cash register error. My case was dismissed I have never been convicted of any crime. Uber didn’t even give my court case time to be solved before unjustly terminating me. I have since provided documented proof that I was never convicted and my case was closed out. This has ruined my reputation as I am from a small town. Uber also locked and prevented me from accessing the earnings I had earned before this happened. If I was supposedly self-employed then how could they have control of my earnings? Please help. I feel Uber should NOW withdraw my termination BECAUSE I STILL HAVE A CLEAN CRIMINAL BACKGROUND WITHOUT ANY CONVICTIONS.
