Direct Express — Won’t activate my card

I had to order A new card Thought my Google account got invaded so I called last month told me my new card would be here by the 3rd of Feb, Well didn’t get my card got a post card about address chang, then next day no card but a letter to call, So I called them got a art *** supervisor said I was going to have to mail in my pitcher of me, So I call sat talk to a real nice guy said my card should be here Wed, So today I got my card my phone company turned my phone on for 72 hours so I could call and activate my card well I had to send an Email with my Photo ID said it will take 5 hours to verify, So I got real mad and sent them another email, With My Driver’s license, My Social security card and my both certificate. If I have to wait over 5 hours to prove who I am that’s Bull ****. If my phone company is good enough to trust me to turn my phone on so I can activate my card why do I have to wait over 5 hours to prove to these people who I am, Do not ever get direct express They screw people’s money up, I’m getting rid of them as soon as possible. They should have to pay for my late payments on my bills. That they are costing me. Pay my bills for late payments 0
