Back in Oct my account was hacked. Took months of back and forth to get anywhere. Money was returned then taken at random times. Finally a very nice woman helped and all my money was returned. Now Jan 20 over 300 was taken again by direct express as a debit. Tried calling the number that helped before get no call back. Tried calling number on card and says they have higher then normal call volume. I have received the letters that the case is closed so how can they just take money whenever they want? I would like my money back and to stop having random amounts be taken out by them every single month since I’ve been hacked. Stop taking money ever month, call people back especially when you know I’ve been dealing with this for 4 months.
