Direct Express — They stop my card for suspicious activity

After 09072021 they stop my card for suspicious activity.Representative 1 ask me to fax my ID to remove Froude suspension,I fax on09152021.When I call back representative2 ask me to fax my SS card,I fax on09172021,When I call back they sad don’t resive yet my SS copy ,I fax ,if nobody ask me 6 ps.ID plus SS card.Till now my card not working.Evryvtime new representative saying something new and refused transfer to supervisor and give nams or them UD! I am desabilaty person,resive in this card my SSI deposits .! This only maney u have but because they stop card whithout telling me I don’t have access to my maney in card from 090721.I can’t pay my rent,travel or even more Maney for faxing from Staples.Service trrsbel biocide each call take me 1 hower to answer; pleace help me to resolve this problem because if they dont remove suspension from my Mastercard I going to call Sousal Security Administration to stop my Bank activetys whith Direct Express.Beside my card going to be expser on 09302021 and till now I don’t resive my new card,but they say they mail me new card on August 022021. When I resive a new card if allrady left 12 days?; They play whith me like I not person whith desabilaty like I am a cloun.Costomer service mostly speak very low English,long time whait time,each new representative give you completely different instruction and don’t transfer to supervisor ,don’t give them nams and them ID; This look like a Froude from Mastercard Direct Express,after I them client whas from 2011. Please remove suspension from my card because I fax what they ask me and even march more like State ID (front and back),SS card.Olus I fax myself more like my passport,FS Card Medicade,Sertificate of Naturalisation,ConEdison bill Pasport.
