Direct Express — Missing Funds

My money went missing once again. Social Security sent out SSI Payments to individuals on March 31st and my payment did not appear in my Direct Express Account. I called Direct Express Customer Service multiple times yesterday and was told the money went to the wrong debit card. I was told the issue would be resolved within 3-5 hours and so far nothing changed. I had a supervisor from Direct Express cancel out the debit card that had the money on it and attempt to transfer the money to the debit card I have right now. He said it will return to the debit card I have within 24 hours and as of right now I still did not receive it. This is the second time this month that Direct Express has mishandled my money and it would be a good idea if they would just get shutdown. They should place my money back on my card immediately before they end up in a bad situation with me.
