This company sells electronic toys and novelty’s. They have suddenly stopped supporting their product the vector robot. They have basically bricked the robots for everyone unless you pay a monthly or yearly subscription fee this was not disclosed at time of purchase. The toys are rather expensive for the amount of interactivity the product offers and now it’s basically useless without their surprise subscription requirements. The subscription is rather expensive for the amount of support you receive. They offer no refunds on the product. You cannot interact with the toy at all anymore with out it basically reciting a ransomware type message to you. They don’t offer any other support for the product and do not reply to emails offering Solutions to the problem.
