Detroit Water and Sewerage Department — Water Pressure

The water pressure in my home has decreased continously during the last week. There is work being done in the next block to repair sidewalks and other unspecified work by the city. However, the has been no notice to residents as to the extent to which the work may or will impact water pressure. The aging infrastructure continues to challenge the residents as the community is the last one to receive repairs whether water, electricity or general services. Please send someone out to the neighborhood to explore the reason for the sudden drop in water pressure to the community. Restoration of water pressure and a complete assessment of water and sewage infrastructure in the Martin Park community.
