I was at this laundromat the morning of Saturday, July 7, 2018. After numerous calls and voicemails left for the phone number listed on the wall I have never received a call back. The coin machine took my $20 and I tried to call to rectify the situation and no one has ever called me back. If the coin machine was showing as on operable I would not have put my money into it but there was no sign stating being out of order. The issue is why would you have a number to call with any issues if nobody calls you back. I have left at least 3 to 4 voicemails over the last few days and still no return call. I apologize, but this is not a way to have good customer service.
