Deer Park Roofing — Negligence and breach of contract

I paid Deer Park roofing to put a gutter apron around my roof. They provided me a contract which I agreed to. They came out and worked on my roof. They told me the work was completed and I paid them in full. I have had issues with squirrels in my attic which is why I had them come out in the first place. I assumed they were getting in somewhere in the soffits because I could hear them in there. After the work was completed, the attic was quiet for about a month but then I heard squirrels in there again. I assumed they were getting in somewhere else since I just had the work completed and Deer Park roofing appeared to have a great reputation. After a year of trapping and removing squirrels from my attic, I decided I would get a motion activated hunting camera and place it on the roof to see where they are getting in. I now have video of where the squirrels were getting in. They were entering in right above the gutter in the front right corner of my roof, exactly where there should have been a gutter apron blocking their access. I contacted Deer Park roofing and they came out and fixed it. Unfortunately they did not offer me a refund after their negligence and breach of contract resulted in damage to my home. I have had communications with a representative from Deer Park roofing and there has been no acceptable attempt to resolve the situation. Hopefully this will help.
