This is the worse company to deal with after your loved ones pass away. Been waiting for them to pay out and all I get is a run around everyday. My mom chose to keep the money on annuity until I turned 18. I do not ever recommend this. I have sent them my paperwork multiple times multiple ways and they still say they haven’t received it or the fax is dark. Its always and excuse cause obviously they don’t want to pay. I have now got my lawyer involved and they give him the run around as well. We can never speak to a supervisor, they say they will have to call us. Its been two weeks since my last supervisor request and I have not gotten any phone calls yet. This is the worse company ever. Go with someone else
