I am being charged even though I don’t want to renew membership. I received no renewal letter or email to tell me it was time to renew. The first I knew was a letter from a debt collector called Arc Europe. I have also received a threatening letter from a solicitor. I have had many pressurising phone calls also. All this is making my mental health very bad and I have had to take time off work as it is so stressful. Withdrawing demand for payment to leave and cease membership. Terminate my membership with NO cost.
