This is David Joshua ‘Josh” Shepherd, deadbeat dad to not only 1 but 8 YES I said 8 kids, with the amount of arrears over 580,000! These children range from 20 to 10 (and there may be more out there!) He is a compulsive liar and says that he only has 2 children. He married a girl and never let her know that he had more than these 2! de, He jumps into “relationships” and sponges off the woman until he finds someone better to move on to..he will not keep a job so they can’t garnish his wages and would rather be incarcerated than to see or take care of these kids!
