Daniel Glenn Russell owner and operater of DGR PAINTING LLC in Colorado springs CO. Is a liar and a scam artst who basically caused me to be homeless by giving him a room to rent. He got caught on camera steeling from me and in turn moved out days before rent was due and when he volunteered to move out he did extensive damage to my house. He then called my landlord and said he was hired to do work on her property and wasn’t paid and threatened to put a lean on the property which of course he never could prove but he did win the threat to get me kicked out and I was a month into my year lease so because he harrassed her so much she gave me half my rent back and I can leave without being evicted bc I allowed him to stay in my basement without her knowledge which he knew so he intentionally made sure I’d be homeless over his embarrassing act of thieft and getting caught . I never even asked him to leave he volunteered to and I changed the locks which set him off to lie. I did my wrongs I should have let my landlord know and I let him get his property but I wanted it to happen while I was able to protect my belongings and that angered him that I would not let him have free access to my home alone. I have proff of the volunteer move proof of the damage and the proof he lied to me and landlord. Just beware of this man. He’s a dirty business man and a thief and if you catch him he’ll make sure he ruins you so others think you’re the bad guy bc he can’t handle people knowing it’s him
