Daniel Kayal made a pre-booking with a deposit. On the day of the appointment, he showed up at the hotel 1 hours before his appointment. I wasn’t available, so he had to wait for his time, but he didn’t want to and left. He was charged a cancellation fee, which I took from his deposit. He then spent days calling from several different numbers asking for the deposit money back. After a month, he continued to send emails asking for the deposit and kept threatening to report me.
