Prescriptions were PREPAID over the computer to a credit card. Got to the pick up window and the tech said we owed full amount. Showed tech the electronic receipt, but she said it was not paid. We paid full amount again. We did not receive one bottle of Metformin and one bottle of vitamins and only got half of my prescription of Duloxetine, 30 capsules instead of the 60 that is stated on the bottle.
