CVS Pharmacy — No one was available

I was in er sat evening they called in a prescription for me. My first trip to pick up my medicine there was a note posted they are closed daily from.1:30-2:00 for lunch of course it was 1:29 so no one was available. Made my second trip today the young lady had a hard time locating me but finally did and told me it was at the cvs just north n of there so.i traveled 3 miles north I get there and the gentleman there tells me it’s not there its at another location so I said well can u transfer it to.the brown and recker location that I live by im.tired and have covid and am not going to chase this medicine all over town he said he would have it transfered for me and to wait 10 min it should be ready by then I waited almost 30 I arrived back at the brown and recker store there are 2 cars in front of me at 1:10 I finally am the vehicle who is next and I is now 1:20 I give the girl my name and she has told me they go to.lunch at 130 I am aware of that then she finds my name and tells me it’s not ready yet and that they go.to lunch at 130 so I’m going to have to wait I told her it’s not 130 yet and it’s a simple cough medicine I have covid and cannot keep coming out that I cannot come back at 2 so she says hang on and then sends another women to window who.states we go. To.lunch at 130 so u will have to wait until we get back at 2 so I said I’m. Not coming back cancel it she said.ok. seems your employees are.worried more about there lunch hour than filling prescriptions for sick.people that shouldn’t be out picking.up meds and spreading covid they would rather us continue to do this than.them actually work there entire shift which.they are taking break before break even starts by turning us away because break is.starting in.ten min I’m am disgusted with the work ethic and morals of these people . Hope they enjoy there 8 hour lunch I encourage my insurance company to resign with walgreens cvs is a disgrace. Now I will go without medicine before I return to that place . Delivery my medicine to my home
