My boyfriend had been deathly ill and asked me to pick up his prescription for him which was located at least 30 miles away. I left with enough time to get there and have about 15 minutes left over, however I got behind someone very slow on the way and was going to be arriving around five minutes after they closed. I called begged not only a pharmacy employee but the pharmacist herself and was told in a very cold manner, “NO” by each of them when I asked if they would wait for me just five minutes. It has been my experience that the staff working at that specific CVS are unbendable, uncaring, and cold.
