I have followed all the connection information, downloaded the HP smart and constantly receive message that my device cannot be found. HP Envy 6000. I have taken care and repair and have tried numerous times to call for assistance but only get sales pitch. This is not what someone wants to hear when requesting assistance!!! Why when the product advertises simple set up and printing is it anything but, and why do curry’ constantly bombard their customers with sales pitch. Not good service !!! Get some one from the care and repair team to contact me, some one to speak to without hearing what you can or cannot purchase!!! If curry\\\’s is supposed to care about their cliental do they not realise that when a client needs to speak to someone about a faulty item they need advise. I do not run my business with constant selling I advise Curry\\\’s to do the same!! Care and repair none!! Very poor Curry\\\’s Karen ROGERS
