Had to close out my account, I tried working with the customer service messaging help center to change my email address. The app would not let me. They ask me to send a picture with my name, date, and Crypto.Com on a piece of paper. They kept rejecting the picture because both my arms were not in the picture. How can you take a picture by yourself with both arms in it? They did not, I have started the process of getting all the funds out and will close the account before I lose the email address currently on the account.
