My card was stolen a few years back and I filed disputes on several transactions crypto.com being one of them for about $160 as I was unaware of the merchants signature. Maybe 2-3 years later crypto.com allowed me to deposit about $2,500 in Bitcoin without informing me that I can’t withdraw any funds from their app. When I confronted them about the situation they said I’d need to call my bank and get them to reverse the dispute after 2.5-3 years which is not possible. I argued that it was a mistake and they could just take the disputed balance from my balance on the app and they refused saying I’d have to settle the dispute with my bank. Pretty much saying if I can’t reverse the dispute I can’t get my funds. A 1 time withdrawal
