I was checking my Shiba funds for the day and the app crash down to zero. Only then, the apps when back to the normal price after 10 minutes. On the weekly chart, they were no record of the crash but when traded my Shiba it was traded with low funds and not the original price action funds. Because this was gitch in the system crypto.com has given me the price difference I lost due to the app crashing. When I trade the coin I should have had 135 pounds worth of USD coin not 55 pounds worth since the crypto app didn’t register the crash. :I want them to resolve the issue by refunding me the lost values of my shiba tokens I lost 80 pounds worth of Shiba which is about 3.5 million tokens
