Hi last month I added my wife’s card on my crypto account, I didn’t realize that the money came from the Bank of America, on two until my wife asked me about the transaction, I told her physically and I didn’t take the money from her account is a joint account me and my wife, so my wife found a claim against Crypto.com for two transactions one for $87 and the other was $91 I believe, So my wife asked me did I make this transaction I told her no so she went ahead, and found a claim for Crypto.com with Bank of America. After realizing that it was me I mentioned it to my wife, so I called Bank of America myself to close the claim stating that it was me that closed the claim, so I notified crypto.com about this matter, I mentioned to them that it was a miss understanding regarding the payment about the claim that was filed against Crypto.com, and it was me that made the transaction so I had Bank of America close the case, but still my account was locked even though i explain the situation that the claim was closed to crypto agents on the chat, crypto.com agent said that, i’m banned from ever using crypto.com With a mistake like this that I made apologize so dumb but they refuse to hold me hostage, that’s when I address this issue to them no one don’t want to help me I made it clear to them, but I need my money!!! And they need to enable the ref draw option, but still my account I am not able to withdraw but just make deposit this is uncalled For. They refuse to unlock my account and enable the withdrawal option so I can withdraw my money, I need help I already addressed this to my lawyer but they seem not to care and they seem not to help me.
