( 13th MARCH 2022 ) External wallet I had USDC on the AVAX network .On the Crypto Exchange i chose deposit and chose Avax deposit options copied and pasted the address required.( I double checked, Cause 1st time round i didn’t double check Network wise i sent polygon network to Eth network and i learnt from it )
I did do a trial run 1st with $4 USDC which is $12 USDC as minimum then Moments after i sent the rest of the USDC
I notified Crypto.com workers and got stuck with one person she mentioned that crypto exchange AVAX network only accepts USDC.E
which i had to send photos of the site which didn’t have usdc.E option
after all that was resolved
SHE mentioned it shall take ‘FEW’ days to resolve and shall keep in contact with me about any updates…
days have gone by and only responsei get is how busy they are and the matter has been esculated andthey know the frustration im going through bla and bla
i tried other Conversations with many other colleagues who just revert me to the same person with the generic same reply
total frustration
i requested the manager : No difference
12 days later im still asking what the hold is about
