I placed order on 2/17/21 to be delivered on 2/19/21. I had 3 cards on file with the company and selected one ending in Instead of charging this card, the company randomly chose one of the other cards to charge. I contacted them immediately to try to correct the error but after eight emails, they have yet to address the issue. The order was not delivered on time, and when it finally arrived on 2/20, left it by the side of the road that runs in front of my home, even though I was told by a Crowd Cow rep that they would knock and bring it to the front door. I had to go hunting for it and did not find it until almost 12 hours after it was delivered.
