On New Year’s Day which was also my birthday I decided I wanted to go to Cracker Barrel which was a huge mistake we waited 45 minutes to get a table we sat at our table for a good 30 minutes before they even get us something to drink and then our food took another 45 minutes to come out was not a good atmosphere they were shorthanded and our waitress dropped the ball on us needless to say my birthday dinner was the pitsAnd when I wanted the manager to come talk to us about what was going on she couldn’t be bothered with coming out to talk so all around that visit was the worst visit to a restaurant ever won’t be going back. First of all I think a manager should always come out and listen to what somebody has to say about the restaurant to me that was wrong I know they had a lot going on that day but they should acknowledge the fact that there’s people out there that just was not getting service at all I had to get up and ask the manager if we could have something to drink 30 minutes later that’s ridiculous I shouldn’t have to do that and it being my birthday on top of that I chose to go to Cracker Barrel I feel like they should at least give us some off on our ticket just because we had such a bad visit but we couldn’t be helped in that area because the manager wouldn’t even come out and talk to us
