On 2242022 I visited Cracker Barrel. I was seated to a table for one person. A couple minutes later a server came over to my table and asked what I wanted to drink. I replied water with lemon. 5 minutes later, the same server came over to my table and took my order. I ordered the Meatloaf with 3 sides, as well as I order a meal to go. When my food came out the meatloaf was cold, the 3 sides was warm, and i didn’t get no biscuits or cornbread with the meal. I tried to stop the server, but she was too busy taking orders at other tables. Finally, the server came over and gave me my bill, then asked me how the meal was, I told her that the meatloaf was cold. The server said I will tell them in the back. As I approach the register to cash out I wanted to talk with the manager on duties. I explained everything to the Manager on duties and it appeared to me that he could give a care in the world. Before I left, I checked my other order to reassure that all the food was there. I have eaten at Cracker Barrel other places and the servers ask how the food is in between serving others. I spent a total of $29.40 for two meals and bad service.
