Yes went to Cracker Barrel with a friend. When we got seated we waited over 50 minutes for them to bring the food. And I ordered my steak dinner as medium well done and they brought out a steak that look like shoe rubber was burnt and so dry inside and they had shrimp on my plate that it didn’t come with I ordered french fries and a salad my friend was done completely eating before they finally came out with a steak I told them to forget it I’m just going to eat the salad I will not return back to Cracker Barrel is the worst experience I have ever had and the waitress I had to keep repeating to bring out the ketchup steak sauce and tartar sauce that is not how you should service your customers. And we are irregular customer there we went there quite often and had good service I don’t know what the problem was this time even the manager didn’t come out to talk to see what the problem was. They didn’t charge me but they shouldn’t anyways for the service that I got and was not able to eat. This is how you lose customers this way with bad service they should send a gift card to satisfy the customer that who has been a regular customer for a very long time. Then the manager is not going to come out when a customer is not satisfied he only walks around when the service is good they don’t want to hear when it’s bad.
