Went to eat a Christmas dinner at Cracker Barrell and the food and service was terrible. My family has eaten at Cracker Barrell since the store opened and this was the worst meal that I have had there. The food was cold and the pinto beans (which my husband loves) we’re not done. I mean to the point that they were crunchy. We always order the Meatloaf meal. The service was awful. We were seated and waited about 10 minutes for the waitress to come to our table. We had no knives to spread the butter on our bread or for my son.to cut his ham with. Pur waitress said she was going to send a manager over but they did not show up. Removed one meal on.our ticket. We recieved no drink.refills. It was really bad compared to the standard of meal we have recieved before.
